Zusammenfassung:To determine the failure of a relay even when equipment operating with the DC power source is stopped.SOLUTION: A relay failure determination device (3) comprises: a resistance circuit (4) which has a first series circuit (41) made of two resistors (R1, R2) connected in series and having both ends connected to a positive pole and a negative pole of a DC power source (1), and a second series circuit (42) made of two resistors (R3, R4) connected in series and arranged in parallel with the first series circuit (41), and in which junction points of the two resistors in each of the first series circuit (41) and the second series circuit (42) are connected to each other; a first voltage sensor (VS1) which is connected to both ends of the second series circuit (41); and a failure determination part (5) which determines that at least one of a first relay (Ry1) and a second relay (Ry2) has the closed failure on the basis of the voltage detected by the first voltage sensor (VS1) by controlling the first relay (Ry1) and the second relay (Ry2) into the open state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】直流電源で動作する機器の停止時においてもリレーの故障を判定する。【解決手段】リレー故障判定装置(3)は、直列に接続された2つの抵抗(R1,R2)から成り、その両端がそれぞれ直流電源(1)の正極および負極に接続された第1直列回路(41)と、直列に接続された2つの抵抗(R3,R4)から成り、第1直列回路(41)と並列に設けられた第2直列回路(42)とを有し、第1直列回路(41)および第2直列回路(42)のそれぞれにおける2つの抵抗の接続点が接続された抵抗回路(4)と、第2直列回路(41)の両端に接続される第1電圧センサ(VS1)と、第1リレー(Ry1)および第2リレー(Ry2)を開状態に制御することにより第1電圧センサ(VS1)により検出される電圧に基づいて第1リレー(Ry1)および第2リレー(Ry2)の少なくともいずれか一方が閉故障していると判定する故障判定部(5)とを備える。【選択図】図1
