Zusammenfassung:To provide an automatic inspection apparatus that can realize high-speed inspection and can improve accuracy of the inspection of the inner surface of a pipe material by shooting a plurality of inner surface images of the pipe material while changing the focus of a light source arranged at an opening end of the pipe material.SOLUTION: An inner surface automatic inspection apparatus of a pipe material of the present invention, comprising a light source 5 arranged at one opening end of the pipe material 10 and imaging means having a focus-movable zoom lens 11 at the other opening end of the pipe material, shoots the inner surface of the pipe material while changing the focus of the focus-movable zoom lens at a speed of 20 frames/second or more in a row to store them as a video file, and reviews the quality of inspection results after sequentially cutting out the shot frames in the focused range and sequentially processing the cut-out images in parallel.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8 【課題】管材の開口端部側から、焦点を可変にしながら管材の内面画像を複数枚撮影して、管材内面を自動検査する装置において、検査時間の高速化、検査精度の向上を図る。【解決手段】本発明の管材の内面自動検査装置は、管材10の一方の開口端部側に配置する光源5と、管材の他方の開口端部側に配置する焦点可動型ズームレンズ11を有する撮像手段とを備え、焦点可動型ズームレンズの焦点を可変しつつ管材の内面を連続して20枚/秒以上の速度で撮影し、動画的なファイルとして保存すると共に、撮影した画像の焦点の合った範囲を逐次切り出し逐次並列で画像処理して、良否判定検査する。【選択図】図8
