FINGERTIP CAPILLARY BLOOD FLOW OBSERVATION MICROSCOPE

To provide a fingertip capillary blood flow observation microscope which can easily position a microscope to a region for observing capillary blood flow of a fingertip of a subject' hand, suppress finger tremors when observing, and easily observe the capillary blood flow of the fingertip simply by focusing the microscope.SOLUTION: A fingertip capillary blood flow observation microscope includes: a base 10; a microscope body 20 mounted on the base 10 so as to be freely lifted and lowered; finger stands 50, 61f which are detachably mounted on the base 10 or which are fixed to the base 10 to place a finger of a subject's hand in a state of being restrained in a direction perpendicular to this finger and parallel to the base 10; and a finger pressing plate which is detachably mounted on an outside of a tip of the microscope body 20 or which is fixed to the outside of the tip to press vicinity of cuticle of a nail of the finger. The finger pressing plate is provided on a lower portion of a positioning member 70 mounted on the tip of the microscope body 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】被験者の手の指先の毛細血管の血流を観察しようとする部位に顕微鏡を簡単に位置合わせすることができ、しかも観察時の指のぶれを抑制することができ、顕微鏡のピントを合わせるだけで容易に指先の毛細血管の血流を観察することができる指先毛細血管血流観察顕微鏡を提供する。【解決手段】指先毛細血管血流観察顕微鏡は、基台１０、この基台１０上に昇降自在に取り付けられた顕微鏡本体２０、基台１０上に着脱自在に取り付けられ、または、基台１０に固定された、被験者の手の指をこの指に垂直でかつ基台１０に平行な方向に拘束された状態で置く指置き台５０、６１ｆ、および、顕微鏡本体２０の先端部の外側に着脱自在に取り付けられ、または、先端部の外側に固定された、指の爪の甘皮の近傍を押圧する指押圧板を有する。指押圧板は顕微鏡本体２０の先端部に取り付けられる位置決め部材７０の下部に設けられている。【選択図】図１
