Zusammenfassung: | To provide a device for preventing pinching due to a fluid cylinder, capable of preventing fingers from being pinched or pressed due to a fluid cylinder with no electronic sensor.SOLUTION: A fluid head 9 is attached to a rod tip of a general double-acting fluid cylinder or single-acting fluid cylinder. A fluid cutoff spool 11 is attached to the center of the fluid head, and when fingers or the like are pinched, the fluid cutoff spool is pushed in to change the flow of fluid, and forcibly and instantly retract the fluid head, so that it is possible to prevent the fingers from being pinched. The danger of the fluid cylinder itself can be eliminated without relying on external devices such as sensors and guards, which is effective in preventing disasters during unsteady operation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】電子的センサを取り付けない流体シリンダによる、手指のはさまれ、押しつぶされを防止することができる、流体シリンダによるはさまれ防止装置を提供する。【解決手段】一般的な複動流体シリンダや単動流体シリンダのロッド先端に流体ヘッド9を取り付ける。流体ヘッド中心部には流体遮断スプール11が取り付けられており、手指などがはさまったときに、この流体遮断スプールが押込まれて流体の流れを変え、流体ヘッドを強制的に瞬時に後退させることで、手指のはさまれ防止ができる。センサやガード等の外部の装置に頼ることなく,流体シリンダ自体の危険性をなくすことができ,非定常作業時の災害防止に効果がある。【選択図】図1 |
