To provide a device that prevents contamination by garbage.SOLUTION: The device that prevents contamination by garbage includes: a body; a sink provided in the body: a water storage space provided on a bottom side wall of the sink; a compression space on a right side wall of the sink; a power space provided on a bottom side of the compression space; a collection space provided on a bottom side wall of the compression space; a rotation space provided on a left side wall of the collection space; and symmetrical motion spaces on the right and left side walls of the collection space.
