Zusammenfassung:To provide a spot welding method capable of enlarging a proper current range of spot welding by preventing more surely occurrence of scattering.SOLUTION: There is provided a spot welding method by welding two or more metal plates mainly composed of iron on top of each other. The method includes a first energization process for energizing for 2-50 msec by a first current of 10 kA or higher and 25 kA or lower, a cooling process for 5-100 msec, and a second energization process for energizing for 20-200 msec by a second current of 5 kA or higher and 25 kA or lower. A spot welded joint manufactured by the method is also provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】 より確実に散りの発生を防止し、スポット溶接の適正電流範囲を拡大しうるスポット溶接方法を提供する。【解決手段】 鉄を主成分とする2枚以上の金属板を重ね合わせて溶接するスポット溶接方法であって、10kA以上25kAの以下の第一電流で、2〜50msec通電する第一通電工程と、5〜100msecの冷却工程と、5kA以上25kA以下の第二電流で、20〜200msec通電する第二通電工程とを含む、方法、並びに当該方法により製造されたスポット溶接継手。【選択図】 図1
