【課題】日射の変動や計測器の誤差などの他の要因を受けている太陽電池のIV特性から、シャント抵抗の低下分を正確に求めることにより、太陽電池モジュールの充填剤の劣化や太陽電池そのものの劣化を正確に把握する。【解決手段】本発明に係る並列抵抗計算装置は、並列抵抗の仮抵抗値を用いて、太陽電池のダイオード部分の逆飽和電流を計算し、その逆飽和電流が規定値と一致するまで、仮抵抗値を変更しながら計算を繰り返す。【選択図】図6 |
