To reduce 1/f noise and enhance S/N in an active pixel type solid-state imaging device with a small pixel pitch resolution.SOLUTION: A solid-state imaging device includes photodiodes, a plurality of pixels (P) which have a plurality of thin film transistors including an amplifier transistor (TR1) for amplifying signal charges generated in the photodiodes, and are arranged in a matrix form, and a plurality of signal lines that are commonly provided for a group of pixels and are connected to electrodes of the thin film transistors.
