INDUCTION HEATING APPARATUS

To provide an induction heating apparatus capable of efficiently heating a plurality of workpieces or a plurality of places of the workpieces.SOLUTION: An induction heating apparatus 10 includes a first core 20 and a second core 22, coils 28a, 28b, 58a, and 58b wound around magnetic poles 24a, 24b, 54a, and 54b which are the ends of the first core 20 and the second core 22, respectively, and drive mechanisms 40a and 40b. The pair of magnetic poles 24a and 24b of the first core 20 and the pair of magnetic poles 54a and 54b of the second core 22 are arranged so as to face each other through gaps 59a and 59b in which workpieces 12a and 12b are arranged. One magnetic pole 24a and the other magnetic pole 24b in the first core 20 are separate bodies. The drive mechanisms 40a and 40b move the magnetic poles 24a and 24b back and forth individually to adjust the width dL of the gap 59a and the width dR of the gap 59b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】複数のワークまたはワークの複数か所に対して効率的な加熱が可能となる誘導加熱装置を提供する。【解決手段】誘導加熱装置１０は、第１コア２０および第２コア２２と、第１コア２０および第２コア２２の各端部である磁極２４ａ，２４ｂ，５４ａ，５４ｂのまわりにそれぞれ巻回されたコイル２８ａ，２８ｂ，５８ａ，５８ｂと、駆動機構４０ａ，４０ｂとを備える。第１コア２０の一対の磁極２４ａ，２４ｂと第２コア２２の一対の磁極５４ａ，５４ｂとはワーク１２ａ，１２ｂが配置されるギャップ５９ａ，５９ｂを介して対向して配置される。第１コア２０における一方の磁極２４ａと他方の磁極２４ｂとは別体である。駆動機構４０ａ，４０ｂは、磁極２４ａ，２４ｂを個別に進退させ、ギャップ５９ａの幅ｄＬおよびギャップ５９ｂの幅ｄＲを調節する。【選択図】図１
