Zusammenfassung: | To provide a joint/separation method for an adherend capable of easily separate an adherend by applying low voltage (lower than 20 V).SOLUTION: A joint/separation method for an adherend includes: after jointing, with an adherend, a pressure sensitive adhesive sheet including at least an adhesive layer containing an electrolyte, applying voltage of less than 20 V to the adhesive layer so that electric potential difference is caused in a thickness direction of the adhesive layer; and then separating the adherend. The adhesive layer containing the electrolyte is preferably 1-1000 μm thick. The application of the voltage is preferably within 60 seconds. The electrolyte is preferably ionic liquid.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
