Zusammenfassung: | To provide a work-piece clamp jig equipped with a plurality of clamps, which can suppress the number of moving means such as a servo motor that moves the clamps, can be made compact, and can suppress costs and reduce risks of disconnection of wiring.SOLUTION: In a work-piece clamp jig 10, which comprises a plurality of clamps 11, y-directional moving means 14 that moves the clamps 11 in a y-direction, x-directional moving means 15 that moves the clamps 11 in an x direction, and z-directional moving means 16 that moves the clamps 11 in a z-direction, the x-directional moving means 15 and the z-directional moving means 16 are provided only in a position adjustment place α, the plurality of clamps 11 are sequentially moved to the position adjustment place α and at least either of the x-directional moving means 15 and the z-directional moving means 16 is sequentially made to act on the clamps 11 moved to the position adjustment place α, so that movements in the x-direction and in the z-direction of the plurality of clamps 11 can be performed at the position adjustment place α.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】複数のクランプを備えながらも、クランプを移動させるサーボモータ等の移動手段の数を少なく抑えることができ、コンパクト化することや、コストを抑えることや、配線の断線リスクを低減することもできるワーククランプ治具を提供する。【解決手段】複数のクランプ11と、クランプ11をy方向に移動させるy方向移動手段14と、クランプ11をx方向に移動させるx方向移動手段15と、クランプ11をz方向に移動させるz方向移動手段16とを備えたワーククランプ治具10において、x方向移動手段15及びz方向移動手段16を位置調節箇所αのみに設け、複数のクランプ11を位置調節箇所αに順次移動させていき、位置調節箇所αに移動してきたクランプ11に順次x方向移動手段15とz方向移動手段16との少なくとも一方を作用させることにより、複数のクランプ11のx方向及びz方向での移動を位置調節箇所αで順次行うことができる。【選択図】図1 |
