To provide a monitoring device that analyzes the relationship between equipment failure and a natural environment for condition-based maintenance that performs maintenance according to the condition of each equipment.SOLUTION: A monitoring device 20 includes; a base information acquisition unit that acquires operation and failure information of equipment 10-1, 10-N, 100-1, 100-N located at the base and location information related to the equipment; a natural environment information acquisition unit to acquire natural environment information in the area; an analysis unit that identifies the location of the failed equipment from the information acquired by the base information acquisition unit, regarding the failed equipment and the natural environment information, associates the area with the location information, and associates the failed equipment with the natural environment.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】機器毎の状態に合わせてメンテナンスを行う状態基準保全のために機器の故障と自然環境との関係を分析する監視装置を提供する。【解決手段】監視装置２０は、拠点に配置された機器１０−１、１０−Ｎ、１００−１、１００−Ｎの稼働および故障の情報と、機器に関する位置情報とを取得する拠点情報取得部と、地域における自然環境情報を取得する自然環境情報取得部と、拠点情報取得部で取得した情報から、故障が生じた機器の位置を特定し、故障が生じた機器と自然環境情報とを、地域と位置情報を関連付け、故障が生じた機器と自然環境とを関係付ける分析部とを有する。【選択図】図１
