WEATHER DISASTER HANDLING SUPPORT SYSTEM

To provide a weather disaster handling support system capable of improving the quickness and efficiency of behaviors corresponding to a weather disaster.SOLUTION: A weather disaster handling support system includes data management means 12 for registering attributes of individual buildings of a disaster-stricken area, weather disaster prevention information acquisition means 14 for acquiring weather disaster prevention information for acquiring weather disaster prevention information of the disaster-stricken area before and after a weather disaster, determination means 16 for determining a weather disaster prevention information of individual buildings on the basis of the acquired weather disaster prevention information and the attribute information of the individual buildings registered in the data management means 12, building number aggregation means 18 for dividing the disaster-stricken area into a plurality of areas so as to collect buildings close to one another, and aggregating the number of buildings in each weather disaster prevention information level of each divided area, and display means 20 for displaying the total of buildings aggregated in each area and the sub total of each weather disaster prevention information level with a prescribed graph in a corresponding area on a background map.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】気象災害への対応行動の迅速性・効率性を向上することのできる気象災害対応支援システムを提供する。【解決手段】被災地域の個々の建物の属性情報が登録されたデータ管理手段１２と、気象災害前後の被災地域の防災気象情報を取得する防災気象情報を取得する防災気象情報取得手段１４と、取得した防災気象情報と、データ管理手段１２に登録された個々の建物の属性情報に基づいて、個々の建物の防災気象情報レベルを判定する判定手段１６と、位置の近い建物同士がまとまるよう被災地域を複数の領域に分割し、分割した領域毎に、防災気象情報レベル別に建物の数を集計する建物数集計手段１８と、領域毎に集計した建物の総計と防災気象情報レベル別の小計を所定のグラフで背景地図上の対応する領域に表示する表示手段２０とを備えるようにする。【選択図】図１
