A female joint 2 comprises: a housing 4 exposed on a female joint surface 12; a joining piece 5 that is detachably provided inside the housing 4 and has a pin fitting hole for fitting the male pin 32; and a piece holding member 6 that holds and fixes the joining piece 5 from the outside of the female joint surface 12 while being inserted inside the housing 4.
