ACCIDENT DETERMINATION DEVICE

To provide an accident determination device that determines whether an accident occurs based upon an impact that a moving body has, and that makes the determination properly according to properties of a region where the moving body is positioned.SOLUTION: The accident determination device comprises an impact detection part which detects an impact that a moving body has, an accident determination part which compares an impact value of the impact detected by the impact detection part with a determination threshold to determine whether an accident occurs to the moving body, and a threshold setting part which sets the determination threshold according to region properties of a region where the moving body is.
