Zusammenfassung: | To provide an energy recovery device capable of recovering energy generated by up/down motion of a moving body.SOLUTION: An energy recovery device 10 has: power generating means 13 which is provided to a moving body having a suspension mechanism 11, and generates rotational power by up/down motion of the moving body; and energy converting means 14 which is driven by the power generating means to generate electric, pneumatic, or hydraulic energy. The power generating means has: a spindle wheel 16; a motion converting mechanism 19 which couples the suspension mechanism and the spindle wheel together, and converts the up/down motion of the moving body into rotational motion of the spindle wheel; a driven wheel 25 which is coupled to the spindle wheel through a rotation transmission member 24 to rotate; a flywheel 27 which is mounted on an output shaft 26 of the driven wheel; and an output-side one-way clutch which is fitted on the output shaft to transmit only one-way rotation of the driven wheel to the flywheel.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】移動体の上下運動によって発生するエネルギーを回収できるエネルギー回収装置を提供する。【解決手段】エネルギー回収装置10は、サスペンション機構11を有する移動体に設けられ、移動体の上下運動により回転動力を発生させる動力発生手段13と、該動力発生手段によって駆動され、電気、空圧又は液圧のエネルギーを発生させるエネルギー変換手段14とを有する。前記動力発生手段は、主動輪16と、前記サスペンション機構と前記主動輪を連結して、前記移動体の上下運動を前記主動輪の回動運動に変換する運動変換機構19と、回転伝達部材24を介して前記主動輪と連結されて回動する従動輪25と、該従動輪の出力軸26に装着されたフライホイール27と、前記出力軸に取付けられて前記従動輪の一方向の回転のみを前記フライホイールに伝達する出力側一方向クラッチとを有する。【選択図】図1 |
