POLYESTER MULTIFILAMENT

To provide a fine-denier polyester multifilament with high strength and excellent abrasion resistance and convergence properties, that can obtain high-density thin fabrics suitable for sports and outdoor clothing applications with excellent durability, weaving properties and fabric quality.SOLUTION: The polyester multifilament is a core-and-sheath type composite filament in which a core component is high-viscosity polyester and a sheath component is low-viscosity polyester. The intrinsic viscosity difference between the core and sheath components is between 0.20 and 1.00, the total fineness is between 4 and 30 dtex, the number of filaments ranges from 3 to 15 and the single yarn fineness is 1.0 to 5.0 dtex.
