MANUFACTURING METHOD OF FREEZE-DRIED PRODUCT IN PACKAGING CONTAINER

To provide a manufacturing method of a freeze-dried product in a packaging container using a vacuum freeze-drying method, which can manufacture a freeze-dried product of good quality in a controlled process by solving a problem of scattering of fine powder from a product to be freeze-dried or a problem of breakage of the freeze-dried product when the freeze-dried product is transferred from a vacuum freeze-drying tray to the packaging container, which occurs in freeze vacuum dry processing.SOLUTION: Provided is a manufacturing method of a freeze-dried product in a packaging container which solves the problem by: forming, with the packaging container itself storing the freeze-dried product, a vacuum freeze-drying tray used in a freeze vacuum dry processing process of a product to be freeze-dried in the manufacturing of the freeze-dried product in the packaging container so as to omit a process of transferring the freeze-dried object from the vacuum freeze-drying tray to the packaging container; and performing the freeze vacuum dry processing in a state in which an opening of the packaging container storing the product to be freeze-dried is sealed with a moisture-permeable film, in the freeze vacuum dry processing of the product to be freeze-dried.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】真空凍結乾燥法を用いた容器入り凍結乾燥物の製造方法において、凍結真空乾燥処理に際して発生する、被凍結乾燥物からの微粉の飛散の問題、或いは、凍結乾燥物を、真空凍結乾燥用トレーから包装容器に移し替える際の凍結乾燥物の破損の問題を解決し、品質の良い凍結乾燥物を、管理された工程で製造できる、凍結乾燥物の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】包装容器入り凍結乾燥物の製造における、被凍結乾燥物の凍結、真空乾燥処理工程において、該工程に用いられる真空凍結乾燥用トレーを、凍結乾燥物を包装容器自体で形成し、凍結乾燥物を真空凍結乾燥用トレーから包装容器に移し替える工程を省略し、被凍結乾燥物の凍結、真空乾燥処理に際して、被凍結乾燥物を収容した包装容器の開口部を、透湿性のフィルムで密封した状態で、凍結、真空乾燥処理することにより、上記課題を解決した容器入り凍結乾燥物の製造方法を提供する。【選択図】なし
