ACIDIC WASTE LIQUID MIXER

To provide a mixer for an acidic waste liquid capable of preventing contamination of an apparatus during treatment of an acidic waste liquid.SOLUTION: A mixer 10 for acidic waste liquid includes a reaction tank 12, a waste liquid feeding part 16, a solidifying agent feeding part 18, a discharge part 14, and an agitation part 20. The reaction tank 12 is configured to convert acidic waste liquid into neutral sludge by adding calcium oxide to the acidic waste liquid and reacting it. The waste liquid feeding part 16 is configured to feed the acidic waste liquid into the reaction tank 12. The solidifying agent feeding part 18 is configured to feed calcium oxide into the reaction tank 12. The agitation part 20 is configured to mix the acidic waste liquid and calcium oxide by rotating along the circumferential direction of the reaction tank 12. Further, the solidifying agent feeding part 18 is disposed at a stage preceding the liquid waste feeding part 16 with respect to the rotation direction of the agitation part 30 with reference to the discharge part 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】本発明の目的は、酸性廃液の処理時に装置の汚損を防止することが可能な酸性廃液用ミキサを提供することである。【解決手段】本発明に係る酸性廃液用ミキサ１０は、反応槽１２、廃液投入部１６、固化剤投入部１８、排出部１４および撹拌部２０を備えている。反応槽１２は、酸性廃液に対して酸化カルシウムを添加して反応させることによって、酸性廃液を中性汚泥化するように構成される。廃液投入部１６は、酸性廃液を反応槽１２に投入するように構成される。固化剤投入部１８は、酸化カルシウムを反応槽１２に投入するように構成される。撹拌部２０は、反応槽１２の周面方向に沿って回転することによって酸性廃液および酸化カルシウムを混合するように構成される。さらに、固化剤投入部１８は、排出部１４を基準として撹拌部３０の回転方向に対して廃液投入部１６よりも前段に配置されている。【選択図】図２
