To provide a power amplification device and the like, capable of reducing power loss in a multi-stage synthesis using a general power synthesizer.SOLUTION: An amplification device includes a plurality of amplification units, a synthesis unit, and an adjustment unit. Each of the amplification units includes a power amplification unit for outputting an output signal obtained by amplifying the power of an input signal by a control signal from the adjustment unit and an amplitude adjustment unit for adjusting an output signal amplitude of the output signal by the control signal. The synthesis unit outputs an integrated signal obtained by integrating the output signals from the amplification units.
