Zusammenfassung:	To provide a method for determining risks in eating, which detects deglutition disorders of care-receivers.SOLUTION: The information processor of the present invention determines insufficient functions which do not satisfy a predetermined standard among a plurality of insufficient functions of a care-receiver consisting a sequential action upon swallowing food. The information processor of the present invention determines whether a care-receiver has made actions corresponding to the insufficient functions before he takes foods on the basis of image data of the care-receiver.
