SPEED CHANGER DEVELOPMENT ASSISTING SYSTEM AND METHOD

To provide information for accurately specifying a symptom occurring to a problem waveform set that includes a plurality of time-series data of physical quantity of a speed changer and taking appropriate measures while reducing man-hours.SOLUTION: A development assisting system that analyzes a symptom occurring to a problem waveform set that includes a plurality of time-series data of physical quantity of a speed changer comprises: a storage device for storing a plurality of analyzed waveform sets and the information ancillary thereto; a preprocessing unit for dividing a range of the time-series data of the problem waveform sets from the start of speed change to the termination of speed change into a plurality of speed change phases, sampling to the same number of data for each speed change phase and converting the plurality of time-series data of the problem waveform sets into an input vector; a plurality of sorters for determining whether or not there is occurrence of a symptom previously defined for each in the problem waveform sets; a similar waveform extraction unit for extracting an analyzed waveform set which is similar to the problem waveform sets; and an analysis result generation unit for generating an analysis result.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】工数の削減を図りつつ、変速機の物理量の時系列データを複数含む問題波形セットに生じている現象を精度よく特定して適正な対策を講じるための情報を提供する。【解決手段】変速機の物理量の時系列データを複数含む問題波形セットに生じている現象を解析する開発支援システムは、複数の解析済み波形セットおよびそれらの付随情報を記憶する記憶装置と、問題波形セットの時系列データの変速開始から変速終了までの範囲を複数の変速フェーズに分割し、変速フェーズごとに同数のデータにサンプリングして当該問題波形セットの複数の時系列データを入力ベクトルに変換する前処理部と、それぞれについて予め定められた現象が問題波形セットに生じているか否かを判定する複数の分類器と、問題波形セットに類似した解析済み波形セットを抽出する類似波形抽出部と、解析結果を生成する解析結果生成部とを含む。【選択図】図１
