Zusammenfassung:	SOLUTION: A pasting step is provided for pasting a masking tape on a surface of a glass bottle, the tape that is constituted of a masking film coping with either of a line portion and a closed domain portion of a design, and having an adhesive layer, and of a non-adhesive film having no adhesive layer and coping with either of the other side of the line portion and the closed domain portion. A peeling step is provided for peeling a masking seal, in which a portion where the masking film is left to a processing target portion is made a non-coloring portion, and a portion where the surface of a glass bottle is exposed to the processing target portion is made a coloring portion. A sand-blasting step is provided for performing the sand-blasting to the processing target portion of the glass bottle after the masking, and forming a fine uneven surface to the coloring portion. A base color application step is provided for applying a resin coating material of the base color to the processing target portion of the glass bottle.
