To provide an underpants type disposable diaper which is provided with an elastic film and has excellent fitness.SOLUTION: An underpants type disposable diaper (1) includes a belt part (20) and an absorbent body (20). The belt part (20) has an exterior sheet (214) and an elastic film (60). The exterior sheet (214) and the elastic film (60) are bonded to each other by a plurality of bonding parts (60). The elastic film (60) has: an expandable layer (61) expanding in a horizontal direction; and low-expandable layers (62) which are layered on the expandable layer (61) and are lower in elasticity than the expandable layer (61). In one bonding part (50) of the plurality of bonding parts (50), the low expandable layers (62) continue.
