Zusammenfassung:To provide a drive device that achieves both heat dissipation of a switching element and slidability of a rotating shaft while integrating a power conversion circuit into a motor.SOLUTION: A driving device includes a motor 80, a housing 830, a board 30, a power conversion circuit, a rear frame end 837 (heat radiating member), a gel G (heat conduction deformer), and a mounting component R. The heat radiating member is arranged on the side surface (one surface) on which switching elements 123 and 223 (MOS) are mounted with respect to the substrate 30, and releases the heat generated by the MOS. The gel G is plastically deformed so as to be in close contact with the MOS and the heat radiating member, and heat is conducted from the MOS to the heat radiating member.
