POLOXAMER COMPOSITION FREE OF LONG CIRCULATING MATERIAL AND METHODS FOR PRODUCTION AND USES THEREOF

To provide long circulating material free (LCMF) poloxamer compositions and uses thereof, in particular, LCMF poloxamer 188 compositions and uses thereof, and to provide supercritical fluid extraction (SFE) methods and high pressure (subcritical) methods for preparing poloxamer compositions, particularly the LCMF poloxamer compositions.SOLUTION: The LCMF poloxamer 188 is a polyoxyethylene/polyoxypropylene copolymer that has the formula HO(CH2CH2O)a'-[CH(CH3)CH2O]b-(CH2CH2O)aH, wherein: each of a and a' is an integer such that the percentage of (C2H4O) is between 60 to 90 wt.% of the total molecular weight of the copolymer; b is an integer such that the molecular weight of (C3H6O) is between 1,300 and 2,300 Da; 1.5% or less of the total components are low molecular weight components and 1.5% or less of the total components are high molecular weight components; the polydispersity value of the LCMF poloxamer is less than 1.07; and the circulating half-life of the LCMF poloxamer is less than 5.0-fold of the predetermined circulating half-life.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】長期循環物質のない（ＬＣＭＦ）ポロクサマー組成物およびその使用を提供する。特に、ＬＣＭＦポロクサマー１８８組成物およびその使用を提供する。ポロクサマー組成物、特にＬＣＭＦポロクサマー組成物を調製するための超臨界流体抽出（ＳＦＥ）法および高圧（亜臨界）法も提供する。【解決手段】ＨＯ（ＣＨ２ＣＨ２Ｏ）ａ'─［ＣＨ（ＣＨ３）ＣＨ２Ｏ］ｂ─（ＣＨ２ＣＨ２Ｏ）ａＨを有するポリオキシエチレン／ポリオキシプロピレンコポリマーであり、ａ及びａ'の各々はＣ２Ｈ４Ｏのパーセンテージが６０〜９０重量％となる整数であり、ｂはＣ３Ｈ６Ｏの分子量が１，３００〜２，３００Ｄａとなる整数であり、全成分の１．５％以下が低分子量成分であり且つ全成分の１．５％以下が高分子量成分であり、多分散性値が１．０７未満であり、所定の循環半減期の５．０倍以下であるＬＣＭＦポロクサマー１８８。【選択図】なし
