Zusammenfassung:To provide a speed reducing device for a twin-screw kneading extruder capable of stably monitoring torque over a long period of time.SOLUTION: Provided is a speed reducing device 3 for a twin-screw kneading extruder 1. The speed reducing device 3 comprises a speed reducer 4 and a calculation unit 8. The speed reducer 4 is provided with an input shaft 43 driven by a motor 9, transmission shafts 45,47,49 driven by the input shaft 43, a first output shaft 41 and a second output shaft 42 driven by the transmission shaft 45,47,49, and a first bearing member 61 and second bearing member 62 that receive these shafts 41,42. A strain measuring instrument 7 is installed on the first bearing member 61. A calculation unit 8 is provided with a first torque calculation unit 81 for calculating torque of the first output shaft 41 from strain measured by the strain measuring instrument 7, and a second torque calculation unit 82 for calculating torque of the second output shaft 42 from the torque of the first output shaft 41 and torque of the input shaft 43.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】長期間にわたって安定してトルクを監視することが可能な二軸混練押出機の減速装置を提供する。【解決手段】二軸混練押出機1の減速装置3であり、減速装置3は減速機4および演算部8を具備する。減速機4は、モータ9で駆動される入力軸43と、入力軸43で駆動される伝達軸45,47,49と、伝達軸45,47,49で駆動される第1出力軸41および第2出力軸42と、これら41,42を受ける第1軸受部材61および第2軸受部材62とを備える。第1軸受部材61にひずみ計測器7が設置される。演算部8は、ひずみ計測器7で計測されたひずみから第1出力軸41のトルクを算出する第1トルク算出部81と、第1出力軸41のトルクおよび入力軸43のトルクから第2出力軸42のトルクを算出する第2トルク算出部82とを備える。【選択図】図1
