Zusammenfassung: | To provide a droplet measuring system, etc. that can improve measurement accuracy of a cubic volume of droplets dropping from a nozzle, and real time properties as compared with a conventional art.SOLUTION: A droplet measuring system includes: an imaging device installed so as to keep a tip part of a nozzle and an entire droplet dropping to the nozzle in a visual field; an image generation part for generating images in a time series manner based on image data output from the imaging device; a dropping detection part for detecting a dropping start image that images a state in which the droplet leaves the nozzle and starts to drop, from the images generated in a time series manner; and a cubic volume calculation part for calculating a cubic volume of the droplet based on an image before a predetermined frame of the dropping start image and an image after the predetermined frame of the dropping start image. The dropping detection part detects a dropping stand-by image that images a state in which the droplet is dropping to the tip part of the nozzle and the dropping start image by setting a predetermined rectangular area in the images generated in a time series manner, and monitoring the inside of the rectangular area.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】ノズルから滴下する液滴の体積の測定精度やリアルタイム性を従来よりも向上させることができる液滴測定システム等を提供する。【解決手段】液滴測定システムは、ノズルの先端部とノズルに垂下する液滴全体とを視野に収めるように設置される撮像装置と、撮像装置から出力される画像データに基づいて時系列順に画像生成する画像生成部と、時系列順に生成される画像から、ノズルから液滴が離れて滴下し始めた状態を写した滴下開始画像を検出する滴下検出部と、滴下開始画像の所定フレーム前の画像と滴下開始画像の所定フレーム後の画像とに基づいて液滴の体積を算出する体積算出部とを備え、滴下検出部は、時系列順に生成される画像に所定の矩形領域を設定し、該矩形領域内を監視することにより、ノズルの先端部に液滴が垂下している状態を写した滴下待機画像と上記滴下開始画像とを検出する。【選択図】図1 |
