Zusammenfassung:To provide a scooping device that increases a fish attraction effect by making a scooping pattern be different so that the pull is fast and the return is slow.SOLUTION: A scooping device includes a motor 6, a crank arm 7 rotated by the motor 6, and a scooping rod 8 being swingable by using a support shaft 9 in parallel to a rotating shaft 5a of the crank arm 7 as a supporting point.
