SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR ACTIVATING AND EXECUTING INTERNET PROTOCOL TELEVISION REMOTE INTERACTIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE ON FIXED-LINE

To provide a system and a method for activating and executing an internet protocol television remote interactive customer service on a fixed-line.SOLUTION: In a system 1, when a central office server 21 determines that a designated service telephone number received from a fixed-line telephone exchange 20 corresponds to a specified remote interactive service, and a user of a fixed-line 10 is a subscriber to the specified remote interactive service, the central office server transmits the IP address of an internet protocol television 11 to a corresponding cloud server 31. The cloud server connects a remote customer service video transmission device 50 to the fixed-line and the internet protocol television, and a remote customer service person provides a remote interactive service through the fixed telephone and the television.
