Zusammenfassung:To provide an analysis device capable of quantitatively analyzing the relation between the increase in demand for a given product and information posted on SNS sites.SOLUTION: An analysis device 1 includes: a first acquisition unit 11 that acquires information on the number of sales representing the number of sales of a product X per unit period in a first period from a web server 2-1 to 2-m and a POS server 3 which is connected to a POS terminal of an actual store that sells the product X; a determination unit 13 that determines whether or not there is a tendency F that indicates the demand for the product X has increased in the first period based on the information on the number of sales; an identification unit 16 configured so as to, when the determination unit 13 determines there is the tendency F, identify a user who has posted the information about the product X on a given SNS site in a second period before the timing when the tendency F has occurred; and a first calculation unit 17 that calculates an index showing the relation between the increase in the demand for the product X and the user based on the number of views and appearances of the post by the user.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】所定の商品の需要の増加と、SNSサイトに投稿された情報との関係を定量的に分析する。【解決手段】分析装置1は、ウェブサーバ2−1〜2−m、および、商品Xを販売する実店舗のPOS端末に接続されたPOSサーバ3から、第1の期間における商品Xの単位期間毎の販売数を示す販売数情報を取得する第1の取得部11と、前記販売数情報に基づいて、第1の期間において、商品Xの需要が増加したことを示す傾向Fがあるか否かを判定する判定部13と、判定部13が傾向Fがあると判定した場合、傾向Fが発生したタイミングより前の第2の期間において、商品Xに関する情報を所定のSNSサイトに投稿したユーザを特定する特定部16と、前記ユーザの前記投稿の閲覧数および出現回数に基づいて、商品Xの需要の増加と前記ユーザとの関係を示す指標を計算する第1の計算部17と、を備える。【選択図】図1
