To provide pharmaceutical compositions for treatment of neurological dysfunction, and uses thereof.SOLUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for reducing L-DOPA associated dyskinesias comprises a therapeutically effective amount of L-4-chlorokynurenine. A pharmaceutical composition for treating neuropathic pain comprises a therapeutically effective amount of L-4-chlorokynurenine.
