Zusammenfassung:	To provide a functional composite resin member which can easily achieve a desired function while avoiding reduction in strength, and a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: A functional composite resin member includes a functional composite resin member 1 in which a surface of a base material fiber 11 is composed of fabric covered with a functional base material thin film 12, and a prepreg sheet 2 overlapping the functional composite resin member 1.
