To improve accuracy in detection of abnormality of newly acquired data by using a variable data group excluding pretended correlation between the variable data groups if there exists a variable data group having a unit root.SOLUTION: An abnormality detection apparatus according to the present invention has a data acquiring unit for acquiring a data set including a variable data group for a plurality of variables which is a variable data group that is a group of a plurality of data for a predetermined variable, a data processing unit for calculating a correlation coefficient for a plurality of variable data groups, and a determining unit for determining abnormality of data depending on a newly acquired variable using the correlation coefficient.
