Zusammenfassung:	To provide a method and apparatus for drying electronic devices.SOLUTION: An electronic device is housed in a low-pressure chamber 3 and then is heated; and pressure in the low-pressure chamber is reduced and then pressure in the electronic device is reduced. Humidity in the low-pressure chamber is detected, and a time point when the pressure is increased and/or reduced is determined based on the humidity. It is determined that the device is dried enough to recover suitable functions based on variation in the humidity during the increase and decrease of the pressure.
