To provide a passenger vehicle that can further reduce the strength required to a stopper configured to restrict a wagon state.SOLUTION: A passenger vehicle includes: a pedestal part 18 fixed to an upper end of a seat stay 17 disposed in a standing manner at a body part supporting a wheel; a seat 30 rotatably connected on the pedestal part 18 and switchable between a riding state where the seat stay is disposed in a standing manner to cover the pedestal part 18 from above and a wagon state where the seat stay is tilted rearward such that the upper side of the pedestal part 18 is opened and suitably disposed for conveyance movement with a cargo loaded on the pedestal part 18; and a stopper ST interposed between the pedestal part 18 and the seat 30 to restrict the seat 30 in each of the riding state and the wagon state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】台車状態を規制するストッパに要求される強度をより低減できる乗用車両を提供する。【解決手段】車輪を支持する本体部に立設されたシートステイ１７の上端に固着された台座部１８と、台座部１８に回動自在に連結され、乗車走行に適した配置になるよう台座部１８を上方から覆うように起立させた乗車状態と、台座部１８に荷物を載せた運搬移動に適した配置になるよう台座部１８の上方を開放するように後方に傾動させた台車状態との間で切り替わるシート３０と、台座部１８及びシート３０の間に介設され、乗車状態及び台車状態の各々でシート３０を規制するストッパＳＴとを備える。【選択図】図３
