Zusammenfassung:	To suppress abnormal noise occurring when air passes through a small gap even if the gap occurs between a seal part and a surface of a casing.SOLUTION: A damper includes a rotary shaft, a closing plate part 62, and a plate-like seal part 64 protruding from a peripheral edge part of the closing plate part 62 and made of an elastic material.
