To provide a method of manufacturing an electric wire with a terminal and a method for damping the electric wire, capable of manufacturing the electric wire with high quality by performing the ultrasonic bonding processing on the other end of the electric wire having one end connected with a terminal metal fitting without performing complicated post-work.SOLUTION: Disclosed is a method of manufacturing an electric wire 10 with a terminal, in which a terminal metal fitting 12 is connected to one end of an electric wire 11 whose conductor 21 is covered with a jacket 22 and ultrasonic bonding processing is performed on the conductor 21 exposed at the other end of the electric wire 11.
