Zusammenfassung:	To enable communication via a power line.SOLUTION: An emergency light device installed in a tunnel includes: a conversion unit that converts AC power supplied from an external power supply into first DC power; a power storage unit that stores the first DC power and discharges second DC power; a communication unit that performs power line communication with another emergency light device at the first DC power via a power line when the AC power is supplied, and performs the power line communication at the second DC power when the AC power is not supplied; and a wireless communication unit that wirelessly communicates with an information processing terminal at the first DC power or the second DC power.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】電力線を介して通信を行うことができる。【解決手段】とう道に設置される非常灯装置は、外部電源から供給される交流電力を第１直流電力に変換する変換部と、前記第１直流電力を蓄電し、かつ、第２直流電力を放電する蓄電部と、前記交流電力が供給されている場合には、前記第１直流電力で他の非常灯装置と電力線を介した電力線通信を行い、かつ、前記交流電力が供給されていない場合には、前記第２直流電力で前記電力線通信を行う通信部と、前記第１直流電力又は前記第２直流電力で情報処理端末と無線で通信を行う無線通信部とを含む。【選択図】図１
