CYBER-PHYSICAL PRODUCTION SYSTEM TYPE PRODUCTION SYSTEM

To provide a cyber-physical production system type production system having a production line capable of being operated by autonomously correcting a production command value so as to satisfy production conditions.SOLUTION: With a CPPS type production system, a production line 10 has a grinder 11, a heat treatment furnace 12, an inspection machine 13, a control device 14, and a line computer device 20 that generates an actual production state of the production line 10 as a virtual production state in a virtual world. The line computer device 20 acquires a production command value PI synchronously with the control device 14, based on the obtained production command value PI, generates the virtual production state by generating virtual grinding processing, virtual heat processing, and virtual inspection processing in the virtual world, and outputs an optimum production command value PS to the control device 14 so as to satisfy production conditions of the production line 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】生産条件を満たすように自律的に生産指令値を修正することにより稼働可能な生産ラインを有するサイバーフィジカルプロダクションシステム型生産システムを提供すること。【解決手段】ＣＰＰＳ型生産システムは、生産ライン１０が、研削盤１１、熱処理炉１２及び検査機１３と、制御装置１４と、を備えると共に、生産ライン１０の実生産状態を仮想世界における仮想生産状態として生成するラインコンピュータ装置２０を備えている。ラインコンピュータ装置２０は、生産指令値ＰＩを制御装置１４と同期して取得し、取得した生産指令値ＰＩに基づいて、仮想世界における仮想研削加工処理、仮想熱処理及び仮想検査処理として生成することによって仮想生産状態を生成し、且つ、生産ライン１０の生産条件を満たすように最適生産指令値ＰＳを制御装置１４に出力する。【選択図】図１
