Zusammenfassung:	To provide an electronic apparatus that can be further reduced in size while having properties to block radiation noise, an imaging device, and a movable body.SOLUTION: An electronic apparatus comprises: an electronic component; a substrate that has the electronic component mounted thereon; and a cylindrical housing. The housing includes a first sheet metal that is a cylindrical sheet metal covering the electronic component and the substrate from an outer peripheral direction of the substrate, and a second sheet metal that is a cylindrical sheet metal joined to the first sheet metal from the inside in the radial direction.
