Zusammenfassung:To provide an earthquake prediction system and an earthquake prediction program with which it is possible to predict the occurrence of an earthquake from the observation results of only carrier waves of a single frequency without requiring a complex calculation for finding a "unit space."SOLUTION: This earthquake prediction system predicts earthquake occurrence on the basis of a radio wave attribute and comprises discrimination index calculation means and prediction means. Out of these, the discrimination index calculation means finds a discrimination index on the basis of a difference in the radio wave attributes obtained in multiple periods from radio waves of the same frequency, and the prediction means predicts the occurrence of an earthquake when the discrimination index has exceeded a threshold. The discrimination index calculation means finds an N-th order difference (N=natural number 3 or greater) as the discrimination index.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】本願発明の課題は、従来技術が抱える問題を解消することであり、すなわち「単位空間」を求めるための複雑な計算を要することなく、しかも1周波の搬送波のみの観測結果から地震の発生を予測することができる、地震予測システムと地震予測プログラムを提供することである。【解決手段】本願発明の地震予測システムは、電波属性に基づいて地震発生の予測を行うものであり、判別指標算出手段と予測手段を備えたものである。このうち判別指標算出手段は、同一周波の電波に対して複数時期に得られた電波属性の差分に基づいて判別指標を求める手段であり、予測手段は、判別指標が閾値を超えたときに地震の発生を予測する手段である。判別指標算出手段は、第N(Nは3以上の自然数)次差分を判別指標として求める。【選択図】図3
