To provide a joint pipe and a joint pipe with a valve that prevents the accumulation of solids in the wastewater and facilitates maintenance of the valve body.SOLUTION: There is provided a tubular joint pipe that connects a first drainage pipe and a second drainage pipe that form a cylinder, comprising a first engaging portion into which the first drainage pipe is inserted from one end side so as to be in contact with the outer peripheral surface of the first drainage pipe, and a second engaging portion into which the second drainage pipe is inserted from the other end side so as to be in contact with the inner peripheral surface of the second drainage pipe. The inner diameter of the other end of the first engaging portion is equal to or larger than the inner diameter of the first drainage pipe.
