Zusammenfassung:To provide a shield machine that can reduce the differential pressure borne by a tail seal at a foremost stage.SOLUTION: A shield machine comprises a filler supply device 5 for supplying a filler to a plurality of seal chambers formed between at least three tail seals 4 arranged in the axial direction of a machine body 13, and a control device 8 for controlling the filler supply device 5. The pressure of a tail void 3 behind the machine body 13 is detected by a first pressure sensor. The pressure in a rearmost seal chamber 53 is detected by a second pressure sensor 95. The pressure in a foremost seal chamber 51 is detected by a third pressure sensor 92. The control device 8 controls the filler supply device 5 so that the pressure in the rearmost seal chamber 53 is higher than the pressure in the tail void 3 and the pressure in the foremost seal chamber 51 is equal to or lower than the pressure in the rearmost seal chamber 53.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】最前段のテールシールが負担する差圧を低減することができるシールド掘進機を提供する。【解決手段】シールド掘進機は、胴体13の軸方向に並ぶ少なくとも3つのテールシール4の間に形成された複数のシール室に充填材を供給する充填材供給装置5と、充填材供給装置5を制御する制御装置8を含む。胴体13の後方のテールボイド3の圧力は第1圧力センサで検出され、最後方シール室53の圧力は第2圧力センサ95で検出され、最前方シール室51の圧力は第3圧力センサ92で検出される。制御装置8は、最後方シール室53の圧力がテールボイド3の圧力よりも高くなるとともに、最前方シール室51の圧力が最後方シール室53の圧力以下となるように充填材供給装置5を制御する。【選択図】図2
