PLATING APPARATUS

To solve a problem that hinders an improvement of processing efficiency of the entire plating apparatus due to an attachment and removal process to an arm portion in which a cylindrical work is attached to and removed from the arm portion by manual work.SOLUTION: A plating apparatus includes extrusion means in which a guide for aligning a plurality of cylindrical works and extruding the cylindrical works, a delivery plate that is close to a transferable position where the cylindrical work can be received while holding its opening shaft horizontally, vertical delivery means that moves the delivery plate in one vertical direction approaching to a dendritic holding tool after the cylindrical work is delivered to the delivery plate and disposes the delivery plate held next to a position capable of delivering, interval adjustment means that adjusts such that an interval between the opening shafts of the cylindrical works matches an interval between the plurality of arm portions, and insertion means that inserts an opening of the cylindrical work into the corresponding arm portion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】 前記腕部への筒状ワークの取り付けと取り外しは、手作業で行われ、腕部への取り付けと取り外し工程がめっき装置全体の処理効率向上を阻害する要因となっていた。【解決手段】 複数の前記筒状ワークを整列させるガイドと、筒状ワークを押し出す押出手段と、前記筒状ワークが、前記開口軸を水平に保持しながら受け渡し可能な位置に近接してなる運搬板と、前記筒状ワークが前記運搬板に受け渡されると当該運搬板を前記樹状保持具に近づく一の垂直方向へ移動させると共に、次に保持されてなる運搬板を前記受け渡し可能な位置に配置させる垂直運搬手段と、前記筒状ワークの前記開口軸同士の間隔が前記複数の腕部同士の間隔と一致するように調整する間隔調整手段と、前記筒状ワークの開口を、対応する前記腕部に挿し入れる挿入手段と、を備えることを特徴とするめっき装置。【選択図】 図２
