Zusammenfassung:To determine a weld bead and a base material with high accuracy.SOLUTION: A scanning mechanism of a weld determination device performs measurement light scanning for a region including a welded part, in a direction perpendicular to a weld progress direction of a base material. A determination part of the weld determination device determines whether an object irradiated with measurement light is a base material or a weld bead part formed by welding, on the basis of the height of the region in each irradiation position of the measurement light obtained by reflected light from the region and the intensity of the reflected light.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】溶接ビードと母材とを精度よく判定すること。【解決手段】溶接判定装置の走査機構が、母材の溶接の進行方向と垂直な方向に、溶接を行った部分を含む領域に対して測定光を走査し、溶接判定装置の判定部が、上記領域からの反射光により得られる測定光の各照射位置における上記領域の高さ、および、反射光の強度に基づいて、測定光が照射された対象が母材であるのか、溶接により形成された溶接ビード部であるのかを判定する。【選択図】図1
