Zusammenfassung:To provide an electric signal wiring structure body capable of retrieving an electric signal from a double-sided electrode body or applying an electric signal to the double-sided electrode body with a simple structure, while effectively inhibiting disconnection at a connection position with the double-sided electrode body.SOLUTION: An electric signal wiring structure body made of a soft fabric connectable to a double-sided electrode body 10 including a first electrode part 12a and a second electrode part 13a disposed on both surfaces of an insulation layer, respectively, comprises a first wiring part 2 and a second wiring part 3 that include conduction surfaces exposed on both surfaces of the fabric, respectively, and are disposed so as to be separated from each other at a predetermined interval. A region including one end of the first wiring part and a region including one end of the second wiring part are formed in tongue piece shapes independent of each other by the one end of the first wiring part, the one end of the second wiring part, and a slit interposed between the one end of the first wiring part and the one end of the second wiring part.
