Zusammenfassung: | To provide a reservation management system, a reservation management method, and a reservation management program that can prevent double-booking for a reservation target placed in facilities.SOLUTION: A reservation management system according to the present invention includes: a setting processing unit that sets reservation availability/unavailability information of either reservation availability information that enables acceptance of reservations for a plurality of reservation targets placed in facilities and reservation unavailability information that makes it impossible to accept reservations; a display processing unit that causes the reservation availability/unavailability information to be displayed on a setting screen; and a reservation processing unit that accepts, from a user terminal, reservations for any of one or a plurality of reservation targets for which the reservation availability information is set. For a first reservation target for which the reservation availability information is set, when the reservation for the first reservation target is not accepted for a predetermined time after the reservation availability information is set, the setting processing unit switches the reservation availability information set for the first reservation target to the reservation unavailability information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
