Zusammenfassung: | To provide an optical filter that can contain near-infrared absorbers with a wide range of structures in a high concentration in a thin resin layer, has low haze, and has good and uniform optical characteristics, can meet the demand for low profile of a solid-state image sensor, an ambient light sensor device, or a TOF range image device, and can be manufactured by a simple method.SOLUTION: An optical filter of the present invention includes a laminate having a substrate and a resin layer made of a thermoplastic resin provided on at least one surface of the substrate. A solubility parameter value of the resin constituting the resin layer is 9.0 (cal/cm3)1/2 or more. The resin layer contains two or more near-infrared absorbers selected from a group consisting of squarylium compounds, cyanine compounds, and phthalocyanine compounds. The ratio of the content (parts by mass) of each near-infrared absorber to 100 parts by mass of the resin and the film thickness (μm) of the resin layer is in a range of 0.005 to 1.0.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】薄い樹脂層に幅広い構造の近赤外線吸収剤を高濃度で含有させることができるとともに、低ヘイズであり、良好かつ均一な光学特性を有し、固体撮像装置、環境光センサー装置またはTOF距離画像装置の低背化要求に応えることが可能であり、しかも簡便な方法で製造することができる光学フィルターを提供すること。【解決手段】本発明の光学フィルターは基板と基板の少なくとも片面に設けられた熱可塑性樹脂からなる樹脂層とを有する積層体を含み、樹脂層を構成する樹脂の溶解度パラメーター値が9.0(cal/cm3)1/2以上であり、樹脂層がスクアリリウム系化合物、シアニン系化合物およびフタロシアニン系化合物からなる群より選ばれる2種以上の近赤外線吸収剤を含有し、樹脂100質量部に対する各近赤外線吸収剤の含有量(質量部)と樹脂層の膜厚(μm)の比率がいずれも0.005〜1.0の範囲内である。【選択図】なし |
