Zusammenfassung: | To provide a short circuit device for a filter capacitor, where one member can be used depending on situations and which enables a high-voltage inverter device to operate normally before and after replacement of a unit with a built-in filter capacitor and to avoid a risk of electric shock to an operator at the time of replacement.SOLUTION: A short circuit device 104 is configured so as to, when the capacity of the capacitor built into the device increases by incorporating the unit with built-in filter capacitor 101 into the high-voltage inverter device, insulate the terminals (between P and N terminals) of the filter capacitor 101 that cannot be removed due to the specifications and at the same time to short-circuit the P terminal and the N terminal. Also, the short circuit device 104 is configured so as to, during storing the filter capacitor for expansion, which is built-in a unit that is designed to be removable, short-circuit the P terminal and the N terminal with a conductor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】1つの部材を状況に応じて使用することができ、フィルタコンデンサ内蔵ユニット交換の前後いずれの状態でも高圧インバータ装置が正常に動作し、交換時に作業者が感電する危険を避けることを可能とするフィルタコンデンサの短絡装置を提供する。【解決手段】短絡装置104は、フィルタコンデンサ101内蔵ユニットを高圧インバータ装置に組み込むことで装置内蔵コンデンサ容量が増えた際に、仕様上取り外し不可能なフィルタコンデンサ101の端子部(P・N端子間)を絶縁すると同時に、P端子とN端子を短絡し、かつ、仕様上取り外し可能なユニットに内蔵されている増設用フィルタコンデンサの保管時において、P端子とN端子を導体で短絡する。【選択図】図2 |
